I Lambruschi

Each vine gives up its best features, which are then properly blended

Casali Viticultori has been a wine maker in the tradition of Reggio Emilia since 1900.

Its experience, knowledge of the territory and understanding of vine cultivation are at the basis of the company’s heritage, with skills handed down from one generation to the next, producing quality wines with unique features.

The choice selection of grapes is kept separate for different wines and vinified on its own. The same is true of the must.
Only afterwards does export blending take place, creating excellent lambrusco wines, embodying the optimum colour, bouquet and taste.
The continuous effort to create unique features has led us to rediscover some traditional local grapes such as grasparossa and marzemino, both used for lambrusco wines.
