Le Malvasie

It’s a question of aromas and lively, persistent bubbles

Our Malvasia wines are produced exclusively with aromatic malvasia di Candia, a vine which belongs to the areas of Reggio Emilia, Parma and Piacenza; it produces an intense, inviting bouquet and spring wine with the scent of white flowers, particularly acacia, brought out by the fine and persistent bubbles which encapsulate the aromatic flavour of the wine.
To make its Malvasia, Casali Viticultori vinifies the must in contact with the grape skins at low temperature, to maintain the aromas and the special features of the vine.
The slightly bitter taste characteristic of the wine is very pleasant making it ideal with desserts, pasta with pumpkin or doughnuts, typical Emilia recipes for special occasions and holidays.
